As a Remote Senior Graphic Design Consultant serving on three different teams at USAA, I develop enterprise-level digital designs and marketing campaign materials that support USAA campaigns and initiatives. In my role, I have developed visual solutions that have increased employee social engagement by 133%. As a graphic design expert on the Workforce Digital Experience Design team, I provided UI design for a new IT help landing page that significantly reduced the number of technical support calls. I also provide creative direction for product promotional campaigns and creative strategy for new product feature launches.
